Synth Menu - Undefined

Trying out the Yanfly item synthesis and it did not work in my work in progress game, so i tried in a new project with minimal plugins along with it. The same problem came up and i do not know how to solve it, could anyone help with this?

you renamed the plugins - that usually has a very high change of breaking them, because the plugin name becomes part of the data structure.

please remove the 3 from the beginning of the filename of the third and fourth plugin and try again.
