"System" menu completely disappeared

Hi, I was developing my videogame and the last time I visited the "System" menu I realised that it had completely disappeared, what's wrong?
The game is almost finished and until now it has been working, what can I do?

It took me a VERY LONG time to find the exact file where the problem came from. If someone else has this problem, you have to create a new project and copy the document: 2C26A99BK03D7A4EC4SAA29EE1DB000A7E1E.json
to paste it in the file of the game that is suffering from the bug. I leave here the place where to find it:

I have to say that after two messages in January and March I still haven't received any mail from the technical service that seems to have disappeared.
