Description:
 ​
Replicates Tactics Ogre (Let Us Cling Together) MP and TP  Mechanics,​
where you start out with zero MP and/or TP, which you slowly gain per turn.​
That means no one can immediately cast their spells and must wait it out or​
strategize. Ideal for turn-based battles.​
 ​
This version is still in alpha and may need tweaks. If you find any, PM me​
in the forums, comment here, or leave a comment in my wordpress. If you have formula ideas​
please let me know, as well.​

Download updated. Fixed a small bug that involved the default battle system.

I'm using this script simply for the "start MP at 0" feature, and am going to use MP regeneration with the use of states...

Only problem, after some testing, i found this overwrites MP regeneration on states and actors...

Would Aliasing the method fix this? I'm just taking a guess in the dark

yeah I don't see the point considering this can be done by a simple event that reduces the party's (and maybe the monsters') MP to 0 in the first turn. Then you can handle regeneration by tags. But nice nonetheless since this is a nice system.

I'll work on the aliasing aspect, then. It might take some time. I have a lot on my plate at the moment.

I actually manualy changed the main script in my Legions: Homeland game to do this, and can even be snippited in easily. If you run into a problem, let me know, and I can help you.

I need to save my events for actual story-based stuff.

And I'm guilty of thinking scripting might help save me lag from what parallel common events can do.

I actually manualy changed the main script in my Legions: Homeland game to do this, and can even be snippited in easily. If you run into a problem, let me know, and I can help you.
Is the game out yet? Would love to play it. And I'll PM you if I run into trouble. Aliasing shouldn't be too hard, though.

I updated the script in the download link. Have a look. I returned the default functionality of TRG and MRG but included an option in the script to turn it off.

Tell me if it's to your liking. This is practically the only decent script I ever made. T__T

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
