Do you start new game before testing the script? It might also cause something wrong.
I'll be revisiting and revising this script in the next couple days. Hoping to finally add features I wanted to put in a long time ago. If anyone has suggestions, now is a good time.

I have a selfish request to make:
I have recently added Hirion Engine's custom menu and it has made a mess of most menu and item related scrips, including this one.
Would it be possible to see if you can make the two compatible?
(The error I first get concerns Make_Item_list. It gives a wrong # of arguments error 1 for 0)
I would hate to have to find a new Crafting or Menu script.

Specifically, the problem seems to be in the Item part of the scripts.
(I'm able to get your script working again when I disable it. Some tests on my part seems to point at the refresh method and it's need for the (sort) argument that nothing else seems to need, but I can't figure out how to tweak it.)

Edit: I think I got everything working. I rewrote the refresh and make_item_list methods changing their names only.
So not Hirion's scripts call their refresh and everything else calls the default ones.
I doubt that'll cause any bugs, but I'll let you know if they do.

Yeah, I glanced at the script yesterday and saw what he did to Window_ItemList#make_item_list. My script (and possibly the other scripts you're using) assume that default methods are not given more or less required arguments. You might encounter some errors with what you did, but if it works for now, it works.
Thanks for the help. So, going back on topic, What I'd love to see happen with this script is multiple recipes to make an item.
Maybe allow the different recipes to output different amounts of the output item.
I'm the same of your blog, and I have a problem. It is a compatibility problem with the "SceneInterpreter" script of Tsukihime, and is right on the line that ensures compatibility:
Any chance to see this script in MV? I think it's the best crafting system.
