@Frostorm the very first version used speed/agi-based individual turn order (not released). but i changed along the way to a fire emblem style turn order because there were already LeTBS. (i think people prefer to have two different plugins).
That's a shame...I've been looking for another individual turn order TBS cuz LeTBS is quite buggy, which I'm using atm.

i had written a little plugin that i wrote to simulate the fire emblem counterattack system but i didn't release it because i don't have time to fix the bugs it will cause. give me your feedback on this add-on so that it can maybe one day be released. thanks.
It works, but there are still some issues:
-The actor's face will change to enemy's face when the counterattack happens.
-The enemy's HP decrease before the actor's attack animation is finished.
-Counterattack doesn't give experience points.

Anyway, thank you for fast response!

I have a problem:
My Hero has <move:4> and the Orcs has <move:3> but all moves 5 (picture 1 - 3)

And 2 questions:
I want, my Hero can flee from fight.
How i can do that? (picture 4, yellow marks)

I want, my Hero look to right side, not to bottom side.
How i can do that?

i have fixed! my apologies, i'm using a different movement system, i hadn't noticed this problem! (for my next projects I will use unit tests). just download here the latest version. thanks!

there are no options to flee. you can just proceed to the victory/defeat of the battle. so you can win the battle when you reach the mark. look at the picture for an example in which the battle is won if harold reaches the tile at position (7, 12).

So, I have a small problem, well nothing serious. It's just that during the fights, the life bar present in the demo, is not displayed in my personal project, while the function is activated in the plugin tab directly.

I've switched to using the 1.2 version of the plugin, but now I'm having the same problem as @ScrungyBungus where starting a fight (not including the ones made in the demo) simply results in a "____ was defeated." message.

What are we forgetting to put in that's causing this?

May I see the screenshots of your js folder, plugin manager (plugin list), and the configuration of your tactic plugin?

@LTG_Serraphye
Have you set the "Set HP Gauge" in tactic plugin configuration to be "true"?
If it's already set as true, maybe there's a plugin that clashes with this one.

I can only assume it's a plugin incompatibility issue, event misconfiguration, or something to do with battle processing from troop database.

I can probably rule out plugin incompatibility because I was able to "recreate" the problem just by trying to make another fight within the 1.2 demo.

For the other two, I wish I knew specifics as to what I'm doing wrong that causes this to happen.

EDIT: Finally managed to figure out how to get it working. The event representing the actor on the battle map needs to be an "ACTION BUTTON" event, and the party notetag needs to be CAPITALIZED and feature no spaces like so: <Party:1>

Meanwhile, enemies need to be designated with a <Troop:#> (# being the Troop ID) notetag, and the notetag needs to be directed to an individual enemy and cannot be reused without causing problems. So that means no more then eight enemies per fight.

Lastly, you need to manually shut off the switches being used to indicate combat and whose turn it is once the battle is over within the parallel process event that handles the battle processing.

As far as I can tell, the Single Actor System is incompatible with this plugin. kind of a bummer, tbh, but I can work around the limitation.

For some reason the notetag for actor and enemy don't work.

Alternate solution:
For actor, put the <Move:x> on the class notetag.
For enemy, put <Move:x> on event notetag. (put it after <Enemy:x>)
It works for me.

Also, make sure to download his newest tactical plugin here.
You are using the older one, because the file size is 146 kb.
His newest version is 147 kb.

I can do alternative solution. So i need for every hero an own class. And if i need change movespeed for an enemytyp, i need edit many events.
i can do... but its just a workaround.

i do this only, if hero and enemy never will work. But i hope, he will try to fix this problem. Or not?
i can wait :) i want just know it.

Does anyone know how to turn off the vanilla first-person battle view? I tried using the side-view, but my custom character's sprite doesn't display, so I'd rather just go with no view at all. Besides, I really dig just seeing the battle unfold directly on the battle-map.
