Synopsis: The son of the 34th King Jinka, Yun has had a bad traumatic event occur in his past. On the same day, a group of unknown people broke into the castle to steal a key, and on the way killing many soldiers and Yun's lover and killer. Rashly and furiously he wanted revenge on them, so he followed them to the forest where he got easily beaten and kidnapped. He was then saved by a famous swordsman, who has disappeared in the recent years. Impressed by his swordsmanship, Yun stayed in the swordsman's mountain house for 5 years to learn from him, all to be able to revenge his father and lover.


The synopsis is subject to change, but it describes the main plot being about revenge.


I want this game to be visual novel-like where there are no battles or walking around the map, only cutscenes and dialouges. I can pretty much finish this game myself, but it would look pretty lame in terms of graphics, ost, and cutscenes since I am not really experienced in those fields. What I am best at is writing the story/dialouges.


What I need (Ordered from most wanted to least):


-Artist


-Music Composer


-Mapper


-Scripter/Event-er


-Voice Actors (I don't know how many I'll need)


-Bug Tester


Now I know that that's a lot of people to ask for, but the more of them covered the faster and better the game will turn out to be. Saying that, the progress of the game will not stop with missing people, it'll just be slower or less exciting of a game.


First I want to make a demo, out of the game to see if it's worth completing. If it was, I plan to make it a commercial game. Revenue split will be discussed when that happens.

I could do art (profile pic and this for reference), music, and mapping (I can parallax map), but I won't be working fast as I'm rather busy these day.

Well, it seems as though you already have three positions filled by @RubbyDukky, so I'd say make an update to show your available positions left.

Oh, really? How many of each do you need? Because, I can help with character art, but like @RubbyDukky I'm also pretty busy. I can also do events and UI.

If you can help @RubbyDukky with character busts, that would be great. And by UI, do you mean like the pause menu? Because I'm trying to find a way to make it more visual novel-like.

The color and theme is up to and what you see fit for a visual novel that occurs in the past. Only the 4 mentioned submenus are currently present, btw.

The resolution is 1920x1080. I am not sure how to make the graphics work for all resolutions, still trying to figure out how to enable a resolution change option that wouldn't mess up the graphics.
