So I think this is the first Manga made with Comipo to be brought up on this site. (yays)

Anyways, there is no 'completed manga' section part of the site, so I'll be posting my series here.

*Humor that doesn't make sense.

*Humor that makes you die laughing (don't sue me if this happens)

*People acting like idiots

*Spelling errors (it got proof read though)

*Scenes that felt rushed

*random advertising

*misunderstanding of Japanese culture (I figured I read enough manga, watched enough anime, and played enough VNs to get the jiff of it)

*lack of backgrounds

Anyways, my brother said this isn't the worst manga he ever read, so that should count for something.

Read them all here

Edit: Due to limitations, I'm not going to upload to Imgur anymore. I did, however, started a website where I'll host all the Volumes for this series to date. The link can be found above.

Nope, not the worst. Was pretty interesting, tbh. Would be great to see a continuation of this with the characters thrown into a variety of different scenarios to bring out their characterization!

I am planning on a second volume, hopefully my feedback on this volume will help make improvements for later books in the series!

Thanks for the feedback :D

Haha, this was mildly entertaining. It was alright for a one-person crew to make what is considered a full-length manga. There were still a couple of spelling errors (like "aloud" when it should be "allowed", I think there was one other one, too), but the overall plot and story hit home. It's basic and cute, and is actually a little reminiscent of Clannad (getting everyone together to start a new club and whatnot).

Nice series, that was very enjoyable. :D

A couple suggestions:

With the speech balloons, try to avoid covering too much of the character's face, the tail doesn't have to be very long, as long as it points to the mouth without overpowering the speaker, and the thought balloon's tail should always point to the mind.

Kazue seems to be a fairly expressive character, but some of the emotions that you are using for her are a bit plain considering the mood that she's in, like where she is depressed on page 2; I suggest choosing more expressive and comical emotions for her, as they would suit her better.

@Arin

I thought I changed that aloud spelling error specifically XP, as for the plot, I guess it is a bit like Clannad without the harem genre, my brother said it reminded him of K-on.

@Metalraptor

The issues with the speech balloons are understandable, I tried to keep the thought balloons pointed to the mind, but I guess it didn't appear that way...

As for the main character Kazue, I also felt that the depressed scene was a bit off for her, got to keep her the comic relief for now on.

Very interesting! Reminds me of a cross between Haganai...and that anime which I can't remember....erg.

The only things that bothered me a lot was the misspelling of counselor and sponsor(someone already mentioned the "aloud"), and the positioning of the thought lines over a speech bubble...it really doesn't need a bubble behind it...and I noticed it overlapping the words a few times. (As well as a cut-off on page twenty-four (Chapter 7).

It's too bad that it's hard to see things in the black and white version though...Faces sometimes fade into the background... :(

Keep up the good work! :)

About my comment on the thought balloons, I was actually differentiating between the speech balloons and thought balloons.

Speech balloons: to the mouth.

Thought balloons: to the mind.

So I didn't notice any errors with the thought balloons, sorry if I wasn't clear on that. ^^;

to be sure to chose the good moment when putting  speed line because useless line can provoke some misterunderstanding : 3

I accept :D

Thanks for the feedback, I'm trying to work with backgrounds and movements lines more when working with this program, so hopefully when Volume 2 comes around it will look a lot more polished. In short, I hope to get a lot of feedback from this Volume and apply it to Volume 2.

Edit: Volume 2 up now!~

First off, me being a writer, I must point out that the story is littered with spelling errors, but as you explained why in the OP, I can let it slide.

Second, if your brother really thinks this is the worst manga he's ever read, tell him I think he's an idiot. It wasn't that bad actually. I see a lot of potential in a series like this. Keep up the good work. ;)

I never said it was, but we all have those days so don't worry. My brother actually liked the comic, but he didn't think it was great.

I hope I can find someone to fix the spelling mistakes after each manga I finish, or hopefully comipo will have an update to have spell-check. So maybe the next issue will be much more polished in terms of text.

I didn't think it was that short of a time frame, but yeah. :3

I'm planning to have the next uploaded before the end of the year. Hopefully before Christmas.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
