Hi, I wanted to ask if anyone knows of a plugin that allows you to attach boosts to skills, like in tales of the abyss.
the boosts provide extra power or reduced cost among other bonuses, depending on the boosts Equipped to the skill. sort of like yanfly augment attachments but for skills. any help is appreciated.
I. considering commissioning a plugin like this but I wanted to ask if one exists already before I do.

As far as I know there's nothing for equipping anything to skills- there's regular equipment (items -> characters), skill equip (skills -> characters), and attachments (items -> equipment).

I've seen all those types of plugins you mentioned. after searching for months, I'm just surprised I haven't seen anyone even bring this up (what I'm asking) to my knowledge. thank you for your reply.

use Yep plugins, it has a varied of plugins. the one you need is probably skill one or action sequency packs 1, 2 and 3.
but it require lunatic code. I hope you have JS knowledge?

The requested system, if I understand correctly, is one where the skills themselves have slots where you can equip modifiers- for example, equipping +damage on your Fire spell to make Fire, specifically, deal more damage. Existing YEP plugins aren't sufficient unless you change the premise of the system in some way.

@ninestigmas you should request a plugin for this.

as @ShadowDragon said and contrary to @Doktor_Q this can be done with javascript and existing plugins (I can think of at least three different ways), but it would require extreme care and programming knowledge for every single skill.
Unless you're telling us that you are an experienced programmer there is no way for you to do this, and that means you'll need a new plugin handling the data for you.

Javascript, not Java. This is a VERY important distinction!

Sorry for being a dick :stickytongue:

I was merely "abbreviating". I didn't see the need to write javascript since I'm sure most people here knew what I was referring to.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
