Any Tekken Tag players in the house? It's my favourite fighting game right now and I'm getting pretty competent with it (not good, just competent), so it would be cool to get to know other players too. :)

Main Tag: Asuka, Marshall Law

Secondary: Xiaoyu, Armor King

For laughs: Christie, Yoshimitsu

My PSN ID is JetSetWoodo if anyone ever wants a fight.

Also, if you're pretty good at Tekken, feel free to share any tips that can help improve your game. I'm always willing to learn new stuff.

Ah, I'm a player, but I've yet to purchase an online pass, since when I purchased the game I was staying over my girlfriend's house for some time and used the pass on her PS3.

PSN ID is UltimaTricksta, and I main

Asuka and Kunimitsu.

Kunimitsu and Xaiyou.

Asuka and Jun

Asuka and Michelle.

If you have Tekken Revolution, I'm on that as well.

I am a LONG time tekken fan, owning most of the games in the series. However, I must say I stopped buying after the last main series one (was it five or six, can't remember). Not that I don't like the series anymore, I just prefer buying soul caliburs for the time being. What can I say, I have a weakness for being able to create my own characters. On the other hand, I do plan on eventually getting this newest tekken, as I like how they brought back many of my favorites (I hear ogre is back, and that makes me all giggly inside, lol).

As for tips, I'm not quite sure my play style would match your teams. I play heavy and hard-hitting. You seem to like quicker styles. I tend to prefer characters like heihachi, devil jin, ogre (true form ogre is my bread and butter, lol), and oddly... Yoshimitsu. Yoshimitsu, while not really large, has been my favorite in every game. I have spent a long time trying to perfect his play style, and for that he has helped me conquer quite a bit of online matches for both tekken AND soul calibur five.

I like Soul Calibur a lot, but I think it's more of a party game than a competitive fighter. Character creation is sublime, but the last couple of games in the series have had some balance issues (Nightmare is ridiculous in SCV, as was Yoda and the Apprentice in SCIV but those were guest characters I suppose). As a side note my Soul Calibur mains are Cervantes, Taki (or Natsu) and Tira.

Tekken Tag 2 is definitely worth getting. Every character from the series returns (including weird clone characters like Miharu and Tiger Jackson) with the exception of Gon and Tetsujin. True Ogre and Ancient Ogre are also there. And you're right, I prefer the faster characters but I dabble in stronger characters from time to time. I love Armor King, Steve Fox and Paul Phoenix. But yes, faster characters like Asuka, Kunimitsu, Lili, Xiaoyu, Christie, Law, Lee and Jaycee are more to my liking. Learning their combos is so gratifying :)

If you have a PS3 you should also check out Tekken Revolution. It's a free-to-play game without all the bulls**t of a free-to-play game.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
