Hello there, asking for a little help. So I am currently trying to create a roleplaying board game for me and my friends and looking for a stock with images or templates with a free commercial use since I hope to make it into the market one day. Images will be used as a background for a cards with characters infomation while templates are required for a rulebook. I was thinking about something similar to letterhead design for it and even found some free examples here https://poweredtemplate.com/brochure-templates/letterheads/free/index.html but I do not know if they allow any commercial use. I will be grateful for any kind of help or information!

And for which maker do you want them formatted?
If they are not for use with any RPG Maker program you're on the wrong forum unfortunately...

My bad, should have mentioned that artworks are based on the characters from RPG maker earlier. That's why I decided to ask here in the first place. Anyway, gonna try my luck on other forums later, thanks

@BloodRager in that case you should check the licence of your artwork.
Most resources from the Makers are ONLY licensed for use in the RPG Makers, they are not to be used for any other purpose.

There are exceptions to this, which is why you need to check the specific EULA of every resource (for example there was a time when non-RM-licences for some DLC were available at a higher prices, but those are currently not being sold).
If you simply use those resources without the correct licence, you're breaking the laws.

Yeah, I know that, but I've heard that many authors / companies allow some use of their work if it not used commercially. I was just thinking about using it just as an example to try with my friends and replacing it if I will ever decide to print and sell my board game. Thanks for the tip anyway

Unfortunately that is one of those Internet myths that everyone heard but that are wrong.
It depends on the laws of the country that the author is in, and a few companies indeed do this - but not a high percentage and especially not in the USA and several other countries with similiar laws.
Because in the USA an author is required to go after each copyright infringment that he knows of, or he risks legally loosing the copyright to his own work.

The key here is "that he knows of", because copyright is civil law and only the IP holder can take action - so some people go out of their way to prevent learning of fanfiction and the like.
But that also means that your options as the one breaking the law are to either hope your work stays unknown and obscure or to know that you'll have to delete it as soon as it becomes known to enough people so that the author can't claim not knowing anymore.

And posting your intention of breaking the licence on the Website of the IP holder is guaranteeing that you'll get an C&D as soon as something done this way becomes publically available.

Thanks once again, guess I'll have to abandon my previous idea to avoid this. Gonna check another viable options from free galleries or something like that. Have a good one!

But you're not using rpg maker for this project right? Unfortunately our rules are very clear on this:
This is a RPG Maker forum, you can request resources for your RPG Maker project - we do not allow people requesting resources while they're using other game makers.
Anyway, if you google 'free image stock' you can find several sites. :)

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
