Terrax vs Khas lighting plugins - pros & cons?

Trying to make a choice between the 2, would be interested in hearing your thoughts about them.

Well there's an obvious problem with Khas Lightning, Khas doesn't respond back so you can never get actual commercial rights to use it. Ocram's is also another option, though you have to buy it individually for each game (I'd personally buy it if it was one and done). So that basically leaves us with Terrax, functionally they all seem to do very similar things. Though Terrax is programmed in a way that makes it difficult to update, but it's the only free commercial option.
