Hello.

I plan to do a text based RPG. Therefore I wonder how I can draw multiple lines of strings under each other and let that text block be scrollable (up and down) with swiping the finger over it.

This is an example how the text block could look like.

You are walking through the forest.
Suddenly a Wolf appears.
He is hungry. So he decides to attack you.
Your agility is higher, so you start the first attack.
Missed
Critical normal hit
The Wolf starts a chain of furious bites..
2134 damage
You dodge
2203 damage

This is just an example of how it should look like. Basicly, it is an infinite addition of strings, drawn on separate lines. I maybe would store about the last 100 lines and make the text block scrollable. To let the player check what hapened.

Does someone know if there are plugins to achieve this?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

Hmm, a backlog script?

I wouldn't think of it, but now that it was mentioned I'm interested...

Yes, I think it would be some sort of a backlog script.

Looking back at some sketches, and game design documents on my PC dated summer of 2015. I started development with the release of MZ, but in 2015, I felt a strong desire to make a game out of the blue. I remember feeling sad for no apparent reason, and all these ideas rushed into my head. Now that I think about it, since that day, everything has become easier to do on my PC . . . it’s very creepy.
Everything's going to be alright! We're all in this together. <3
Aaaaannd published my game's tech demo. :D

Feel free to download and play it. And give feedback!
Hey everyone, we know that the edit bar is missing. We're working on it. You can talk about it in the announcement here: https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/forum-errors-missing-edit-bar-etc.132715/
So, explain why we can no longer use BBC code or smilies in our posts? This sparks much sadness...
