Text Centering for Command window

Hey, Iv'e been trying to find a way to center my text on screen without having to deal with spacing. I found the RS_MessageAlign plugin but it doesn't seem to work for the command text as the text is getting cut off randomly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just found an obviously custom effect (i.e. edited by me) in my resources>sounds folder called "rip jaw off". Dear Lord what is wrong with me as a person that at some point I needed a sound *specifically* for THAT??
(...rhetorical question.)
