TextBox Position / Scaling Help!

Hello! i'm fairly new to RMMZ, or RPGmaker in general. I am having this issue: My game window size is down to 408x312 ans the scaling is 2. My textboxes are, however, rather too big and appear at the center of the screen, despite being positioned at the bottom, any idea how could i fix this? And also decrease lines spacing.

The menus are probably huge/misaligned too, right? Unfortunately the core scripts don't handle lower resolutions well. A couple of suggestions:

1. Use 816x624 resolution and manually upscale all relevant images in an external editor.
   
   
2. Alternatively, find a plugin that lets you zoom only the map, not the entire game. Maybe this one?
