so crazetex made a textured snow edit which can be found here

http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/50001-crazes-darker-skinned-npcs-and-textured-snow/

but you couldn't make textured snow for snow cliffs, but now you can with this rtp edit.

here is a sample map, note in this map i didnt use craze's texture but a different snow texture thats already included in original tile sets

you can repost my edit, idc if you give me credit or not, but do give credit to craze has he added in the snow texture for you

this is free to use for any type of game as long as you own a license of rpg maker mv.

make sure to use a region block plugin as the tile that allows you to make the cliffs is passable, and example shown here, where region 1 ID 1 is impassible. i am using Yanfly's region restrictions. its the same map so you can cross reference.

I really like these. Thank you. I always felt the winter/ ice tiles never got quite enough attention and now they seem to be, finally.

One question, the snow cliffs are made out of 4 parts, each is a corner meaning I can't make straight lines like with the default tileset. But I can see that you've made it in your map. Can you explain how so? Thanks :)

It's an autotile. You should read the beginner tutorials or the help file and play around a bit before you start trying to use custom resources. Either way, please don't ask support questions like this in resource threads, it'll derail the thread.

sure so what i did was use the texture you want, and lay that down on a down somewhere. i picked the snow that you see in the default map and made a cross like this

  TTT

TTTTT

TTTTT

TTTTT

  TTT

where T is the texture you want.

then you lay the cliff tile you want on top of the T's as the tile i edited is transparent and it the T will show through.

then you use right click to copy a tile onto a map and you can place that any where you like.

When I learned about multithreading in C++, one of the first things was that while heap is shared, each thread has its own stack and it's impossible to access another thread's stack.
So I wrapped the variables into a static class and passed its address to another thread. And it worked.

ScreenShot_3_30_2023_10_5_45.pngstarted working on a new area today. It's a warped version of being inside someone's home. Also moved the face and Panic gauges to be out of the way of the map names. switching moods actively changes what you encounter. Calm is normal while anxious is all the way up to Manic.
