Step 1 Set B-E tile Passage to upper[☆].
Step 2 Set Passage (4 dir) bottom to [・].

Very, very nice! That one screenshot where the party has walked up the ladder and are on the roof - can they move up one more tile, to be standing at the same y-coordinate and the person behind the building?

This plugin sort layer by y-coordinate only.
Unfortunately they can't over and under pass at once at same y-coordinate.
I have no idea to realization overpass system.
Use OverpassTile.js and so on.

Hello just gonna chime in with a way to achieve this. Make a parallax overlay for the bridge, then on the tiles around it where you would go UNDER it, turn on the parallax overlay for it with conditional directions like only turn on if moving say.. up. Then after passing under the bridge make another event on the other side to turn remove the parallax with again the direction condition. On the tiles behind where it turns on, you can create another event tile to turn it back off incase the player turns on the parallax then decides to turn around.
This may not be the best solution but it's just something I thought up, there could be a plugin to achieve the same thing for all I know.

On topic. I'm a little confused about the purpose of this plugin. You can just change these in the Database>Tilesets tab can't you? So why do you need a plugin?

Explain why this plugin is compatible with tall size sprites.
1. For example, I will make a cage to upper layer setting.

3. Modify the cage tile and raise the lower part a little (3px).

This technique can be used in general, such as backrests and curtains and so on.
You can move naturally around the object.

I found this exactly when I needed it! Thank you so much! Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be entirely compatible with Quixios's QMovement plugin. It works beautifully with B-E tiles, but the A3 and A4 tiles have no effect while QMovement is on.

I think that it will work on v1.3.0 or later.

Sorry, QMovement is too complex to analysis for me.

Thank you for looking into it! I found more game-breaking conflicts with QMovement and several other plugins that are vital to my game so I just got rid of it. This plugin is working flawlessly now and freeing up a ton of B-E tiles. Thanks again!

That's exactly what I needed, but it doesn't work as intended, I tried everything, even puting it on a new blank project. If I set my A4 or A3 tile to [counter] the player can't pass throught it even if it's marked to pass O.

I'm using the latest up to date version, 1.6.2.

I checked by version 1.6.2 too.
TF_LayeredMap.js has version 0.4.0.0
And can move under the wall top.
I can't help you.sorry.

I tried to setup in every way, downloaded again the plugin, and it still doesn't work. Here's two screenshots of the tileset setup:
