RMMV The aggravating white pulsating selection box.

As a beginner in Javascript coding, I have a question/issue I'd like to ask about. What I'd like to do is remove the white pulsating box that appears on commands in the menu and or change it to have a Z-index that's slightly below the text that shows up but is above the window in which it is created?

The selection cursor is a part of your window skin (found at ...PROJECTNAME\img\system\window.png ). If I recall correctly, it's the portion on the left above the color palette. Depending on your specific goal, you may have a better time modifying the image rather than changing the cursor's technical implementation.

pulsation is more "blinking cursor", I do not know if you can change it below
the text though, but everything should be doable.

you could also set a color on the text to replace the blinking cursor, which
I did on 1 of my plugins.

another way to to set "picture image", which I did with my Menu Customiser
if you want to make it fancy, but also currently upgrading it, (includes the item scene).
but I think I remove that one so it can be used without it

That portion of the windowskin goes from above the text to below it. So just edit the image to only display something on the bottom area.
