Hello.
Is there any way that the enemies have Level and can absorb the Lvl of the Actors?

I mean they can absorb the Level with some weapon attack or something.

these are two different things.

by default enemies have no level.
there are some plugins that add that functionality to the engine, but they are rarely used because in a lot of cases they destroy the impression of player advancement due to how the level is determined.

the function to "absorb" levels from the player - if it were really implemented without restrictions - would only make that worse.

however even the default engine has options to gain and loose values by states, and you can easily pretend to have the player loose levels or power to the enemy by designing skills to add states with appropiate effects, and that would be much more balanced because those would be set to vanish on battleend.

I personally think Andar's method of a temporary stat drain from a state is the way to go.

However, if you want your enemies' parameters to be level-based (and be able to change it with skills), you can use Yanfly's Enemy Levels plugin.

Both Mike and Ray here are in a "HYPE!" state after Mike uses "Wild Party", which also heals everyone. they'll do more damage and counter more often, but defense is lower along with hit rate.
