When a mother starts singing a song, her daughter feels it is sad.​

But to the mother, the song is happy. "How can it be sad, but happy?" the daughter asks.​

That's when she goes on to tell her daughter the story of The Last Girl on Earth.​

Character Bio:


Laeta:

A lonely young girl who lives in isolation by the edge of the forest.

Believes herself to be the last girl on earth, she spends her days surviving by hunting and gathering.

One day she hears music coming from the mountains. What could it be? She must find out.

I made this game as an entry for an off site contest, but figured that I could always use some feed back from you guys!​

Anyway, it's a VERY short game that I made and MAY do something with, like go bigger and better. Who knows.​

Hello! I got interested with this one and already finished it yesterday. I think it's cool, but the white text over light gray screen (there are some windows with it, I don't remember which one exactly) is just hard to read, especially for ones with eye problem as me. I like the music, though. They're cool.

I seriously hated those scorpions, so I had to run away from them XD I've only battled slimes so far but nah.

The story's pretty good, it ended up pretty cool too in a short duration of playing.

The music wins the round, anyway!

A really nice game! I like the choice of graphical style, and the combat always felt like it gave a challenge (made an habit out of saving every now and then cause I am no good at strategic thinking with combat and ended up dying a couple times). It was a little hard making out what was what in the combat windows though, with the greyscale and contrast, but that is mostly me being nitpicky

Had a game crash.

Leading up to it - she goes to inflict 'Snare' and there is a 'Fail' message.  It then crashed with the error message

Galv's Animated Battlers line 789: RangeError occurred

float NaN out of range of integer

This happened on the forest map you reach by going left from the first map, though I don't think that had anything special to do with it.  I mention it just in case.

EDIT

Tried again, and once more, when she fails to inflict Snare, the crash happens.

Ahh yea ok, I think there are 3 there.... not exactly sure what's up with it, but from first glance it may have something to do with how galv's script updates the animated battler position..... >.> I dunno the first thing about scripting though so I could be wrong. It'll probably take me a while to figure this one out, I may post it in a help forum to see if someone can help me. x_x thanks again!
