I can do midrange with a pistol. You cant?Oh well, have fun being lunch. At any rate small calibure or not a bullets a bullet and a head is still a head. And anyways military bases would be locked up.Even if you got the keys to get in youd have top get past people who died in the base and even then they dont just leave guns lying around. They do have an armery were the guns are stored and im pretty shure thats under lock and key....
I see your point, and I guess it comes down to preference and personal experience. Tearing target dummies in half from a 300m distance with 90% accuracy felt better for me than shooting a glock 17, so I guess my opinion may be severely biased.

Under zombie attack conditions, I'd rather have to aim for center body mass (much larger target) than aiming for the head.

Additionally, where I come from guns are a rarity among civilians. Your best bet to get one would be either a hunter's rifle, or something from a police or military base. Granted, they'd be under lock and key, but that would be only an inconvenience in most situations. Most reinforced doors and locked gun cabinets open easily if you can tow them to a car or jeep.

And about people who died in the base... Statistically, an army base should be a lot safer than any other infected place, given the fact that since the beginning of the infestation 100% of the survivors were probably trained for combat and had immediate access to firearms and equipment. Which means, even in the case there are no survivors by the time you reach it, the zombie ranks will be considerably thinned.

Hold on a sec....ok ill admit they might be thinned but theyl still be there.your first problem is to find a jeap or truck find something like a chain or something strong enough to deal with the preassure then you better pray to whatever god loves you that that safe is ceamented in realy good.Cause if its not your going to look realy silly toweing a locked case of guns you cant use.If military forces were out you could scavenge the dead....i mean the "DEAD"dead ones.but i would sugjest cleaning it.Not for any prissy,Ew its nasty, stuff, but so you dont cross contaminate.cause if it needs to bite to spread than its in the saliva and if its there than its alreddy in the blood, and if theres blood on the gun and you touch it and dont wash your hands or something or you touch something it touches or eat a sanvich that it somehow touch or anything like that youv ben contamonated and are pretty much a dead man walking.so you definitly wana do some detox and make shure you dont ever need to melle or do anything to get blood on you.thats why i say shoot at midrange so you avoid the splatter. But back to the subject.youre going to find all these things to try and open the safehouse while there are still zombies around?Because there still going to be some.If you can do that while runing for your life then you must be able to pull of some realy thin scheduals. And all that noize frome the engin and the doors comeing apart or even worse the safe going with you. Also not clear on one thing.do you mean like a safe or safe"house".If its a safe then theres no telling what will happen, but a safe house is definitly good.

Hmmm...zombies though I am not totally prepared I do know where I can hide that would have a ton of water and food that could keep myself alive for months.

BWI Airport

Reason: I work there and I pretty much know the whole airport layout and also the area I work in is a stockroom with big heavy doors and a ton of food and

water. The bad part is if it gets swarmed, I am screwed.

Weapon of choice: Silencer because it is deadly and zombies won't be attracted that much to the sound.

Running zombies aren't the main problem...zombie animals and super-zombies are the main problem because they are scary as hell.
That idea would be really dead, in a zombie apocalypse an airport would be the worst place to stay!, it would be one of the evacuation centers where the whole town would begoing to escape, plus an airport would be filled with humans normally, then.... IT WOULD BE FILLED WITH ZOMBIES DURING THE APOCALYPSE, oh the worst thing - Crashing Planes.....

I'm in the middle east so i'd loot the city and head to the desert to setup a camp, there would be only a 10/100 Chance of zombies being there, when i run out i will return to the city and loot again, i will repeat this process until the apocalypse is over.....

They did something like that in the walking dead.Hiding out and only going to citty's to loot.what if you wind up traped in the citty on one of your looting expiditions?Or what if your citty rund out of food and suplys?in the desert you'd need water ,and all the watter that'd be clean would be in bottles and so on.Supose you run out of watter.I'm not so shure a desert is the best place but i can see what your geting at.Basicaly find a remote place to get ground in and loot whenever you need to.But you'll still have to move to a new sopt every once and a while to find a new citty with fresh suplys, food ,and watter.

All kinds of this. Lazy writing is painful to read. It's rude to not put forth the effort to communicate properly.

As for zombies. Shoot them in the head, learn to grow food, stay in small groups.

Looks pretty readable to me I am lerning to spell thats sort of why my spelling is lacking and atleast im staying on topc.Seems pretty rude to constantly harass someone for there short comeings.Growing food would require staying in one place staying somewere remote is a good idea if your going to do that.

You see those red squiggly lines beneath your words when you write your posts? Don't ignore them. You're being lazy. Just right click the word and it suggests a proper spelling. The internet makes it so easy to spell properly I don't see how you CAN'T without intentionally trying not to.

And yeah you want to stay in one place with some good defenses. If you're on the move all the time you'll run out of supplies and die. You move when it's reasonable and stay when it's fortuitous.

What red swigly lines?I dont have anything like that when I type out a message.lazyness has nothing to do with it.Your assumeing.Assumeing is about as bad a trait as bad spelling. What program alerts misspelling then?can you give me a link?if so please do it on the personal messemger.eazier than messing about in kilims discussion.

What would you do for defences?curently in the walking dead comics there doing something with walls and expansion.i supose you could do something like that but as the book shows youd soon acumulate a colony or people.tomenny people can cause troule.soon thered be problems with whos in charge and whos going to go and risk there lives to get suplies while evryone elts stays all safe and snug behind the walls.avoid expanshion and recruiting is a good move but then who'd help build the wall?I think mobility is a safe option.think of how meny gass stations and mini marts are around the country.if your a survivor for three months that suply of food should do for traveling.staying in one place would eventualy suck the area dry and then youd starve.i suppose you could do it eather way.one way is to stay in place and risk getting swarmed and eaten.another is to keep moveing to avoid getting swarmed and posibly risking starveing if the gass stations are too far apart.

Chrome, the best internet browser there is. Does spell checks for you.

Yeah, I wouldn't have a big group. Just a handful of people who I trusted and worked together with. Like a small family.

Personaly I'd keep moveing.Staying in one place at a time is to risky.I can get food frome looting stores as well as bottled watter ,soda ,and such like.If I were to get my hands on a long stick like a halbrid I could trip up zomie pursuers.Thats a point that bugs me.Usualy zombies are shambling ,uncoordinated ,and slow.So if I were to trip one up while he was chaseing me would he get ack up?If so then how long would this take?I meen I'd emagin it'd take some time for a zomie to get his ducks in a row to stand ack up.I could be legging it up several blocks before he got one foot infrunt of the other.

Despain, refrain from attacking members, especially in huge fonts. In fact, don't change the size of your font at all anymore.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
