Nifty! Though I'm not a fan of those soft shadows on the bottom right.

Thanks for the advice! Just to clarify, you mean the shadows under the light-posts, right?
Thank you for the advice, Rinselli! :3 I'll try to fix her body proportions again. I was so fixed on her head proportions that I forgot about her body already xD As for drawing basic frames, I'm going to apply that method once I get to start a new drawing again. Thanks for the tip :3It's very nice, but if I may add in, her body seems rather... long to me. Especially around the collar area. Since the breasts shouldn't be down that low. Have you considered trying to draw frames first to form the basic frame? I highly recommend you try that out before drawing in the details like hair and clothes, it's helped me many times to make sure the proportions aren't looking strange. Her hands also seem really small to me.
I'm going for cel-shading this time to compare what's better for me personally, and as for the light source, sometimes I get confused by it that my shading goes wrong for the hair :[ I haven't started to color her yet though because I've started to fix her proportions. As for coloring, it depends, which way are you going to shade it? Soft-shading or celshading? Just remember to designate a light source before doing so as it will help guide you as far as shading goes.
