@GrandmaDeb:
I am no expert on portrait making, but a few things I see that maybe others who are more skilled in this area can correct me if I am wrong, is that A turban is really small, like a skull cap so it really wont cast a shadow on the person wearing it all too much like say a ball cap or any billed/brimmed hat would. If you have OCD like I do, I would personally add shadows to the face and neck where the hair overhangs, but of course I do not know really where you are basing your light source from. Like have the bangs over the eyebrow cast a tiny shadow, have the big bang closest to the viewer cast a shadow over the earlobe or something.
The real only "flaw" that I can see in your picture though is right above the front most side bang or whatever it's called, the big one closest to the viewer, just above that the turban looks copy/pasted. If you were intending to make it look like a fold, I would put some small shadows on the other part of the turban just to the right of it going all the way along the seam.
Also I've found from personal experience, and I may be wrong here, when stylist tools fail to deliver what you want, usually layers will pick up the slack.
That's just my three cents though, hope you found some of this helpful.
