Wow Abyss of Vinsaga that is a title i've have not heard in a long time in the console rpg maker community considering i've heard a lot about it. I'm going to give this game a try though.

I'm surprised a few people still remember! It's been almost 2 decades.

That makes no sense. Your first vehicle is the boat, not the helicopter. Just ride it to the island to the East, that's it!

What happened to your boat? Did you enter a town directly from it? From the water? If so, just enter the town, exit, then press confirm to enter the boat. That’s it.

@norman I beat the game, but it require time and strategy, just try different attacks,
and see what fits best, if you are to low level (like I was) you would have difficulties (alot)
but I beat it anyway

just keep it up and be patient, you will get it sooner or later

The Zarken Defender has very high Defense, so you need to find a way to reduce it before you get knocked out of the battle. If you don't have Defense-reducing items/weapons yet, you need to go find them elsewhere first. Or maybe, you already have a few.

You need Eve’s Misery or items called Corrosive Acid. Ruins in Escaria give clues to find Misery. Here’s a quick guide if you can’t find either.

Spoiler: Walkthrough

1. Best method is to find & use Misery, a weapon for Eve. You can find it in Assallus, a world at the Northeastern broken bridge in the overworld of Kambius. You need to find a hidden, underground city to get the weapon. To reach the city, you need to find a password in the food stalls of the fake city above ground.

2. You can also find Corrosive Acid as drops from various enemies in Assallus. This also reduces Defense. You might need it if you missed some of the stronger rifles.

3. It is also possible to find Corrosive Acid in Zarken, but they are a bit hard to find. I honestly forgot where to find it. I’ll look it up tomorrow.
