It's RGSS200E.dll not RGSS202E.dll

This would be the problem!

Try to change RGSS202E.dll to RGSS200E.dll

I think that's the problem!

When you download the game it says RGSS200E, what I'm saying is you need to change it to RGSS202E for it to work.
