Welcome to the Sock Witch's Cabin where I will house a few resources!​

 ​

I will do MV RTP redraws/ redesigns as well as maybe some original resources.​

My resources if full original will not come with match sprite...sorry. ​

 ​

Things to know​

This is for fun, I mainly started this to get used to drawing on my computer again. ​

This means I may post once a month etc.​

OR I may add stuff rarely depending on when I have time.​

I've always wanted to sets of original resources but we'll see. ​

This is just some general resources I may make for fun NOT a workshop. ​

Terms of Use​

Credit- Credit me if you use for Commercial or non commercial. ​

You can edit these, but still credit me.​

I would love to see the edits if you can show me. ​

If people actually like these I will do more.​

And I will add face variations eventually, and possibly color change versions. ​

MV RTP Redraw/ Redesigns​

These are in my own style, so I complete start from the ground up with references.​

I make changes based on what I see in the character and in the sprite.​

However; I may make some artistic changes based on what I think would look good. ​

Credit​

These characters belong to the original creators of RPG Maker MV.​

 ​

Actor 1_2 I think.​

Tall Bust, Short Bust, 1x Face​

Disclaimer, I don't yet own RPG Maker MV. I don't have the heart to put that new software on this old laptop. So, for now I am using reference I have seen posted online. So, if something is off with sizes or doesn't work I will do my best to fix it. ​

Busts are always a welcome addition and your first one looks very good. I like especially her eyes, the star belt and the gloves.

And just in case you referred with "Actor1_2 I think. Of Story Teller" to me - I only did a faceset in paint shop (with generator parts and some editing) that directly referred to the stock portrait of Actor 1_2, and besides I gave my set some custom-made clothing while yours (at least the parts visible in the portraits) matches the stock one.

So your bust is for the MV (stock) Actor1_2 with no need to mention me. The same goes for all facesets in my thread (link in the signature), they directly refer to the stock portraits with the identical ActorX_X number.

Thanks. And yeah I saw yours and thought "storyteller was what that set of characters in the MV RTP were called. My bad. I can change it. Since I don't yet have MV I have to go by what little information I can find around on the forum and on the internet. I appreciate the feed back and point that out to me.

For someone who does not directly own MV and has done this, this is an excellent job.

As an artist myself, I can tell you have a sharp eye for this. Keep up the good work.

The 'anime' style eyes are well done.

Short answer:   


I currently don't take requests, however I do take suggestions.


Long answer:


The difference is at least to me is with a suggestion, anyone can use it and I can decide if I want to take as well as not have any sort of deadline to finish, esspecially since I'm so busy these days. I don't have alot of MV resources, I have alot more on another thread, but those arn't sized for MV.


You can suggest as many as you want and I take into consideration what resources people are looking for. 


You can also suggest any other resources I've made in other threads be sized to match these on this one. I didn't mean for things to be in different places, but the ones here are strictly mv. 


Also take recolor suggestions for anything I make. 


But I just don't feel right making this a workshop since I can't always commit to adding new things and taking several requests.

very well, my suggestion is to take requests! ^_^


Nah j/k I get that it takes a lot of time, and that if you do something like that you want to do it right.


I would basically suggest to make busts of the entire first/second page of actors, since (imho, they should have been delivered with the game)


Using these in games will create more immersion for everyone playing RPGmaker MV games and therefor I think everyone should be able to use them


(even if I were to find someone to make them for me, they would be free to use for everyone.)


that being said, most of these have already been getting entire facesets by "storyteller" so it would be epic to have the bust to go with it ... everything we could wish for




Again, I get that youre busy, but if you would need a small incentive to actually work on it, (without any pressure) I would not object to pay you for the work!
