I don't think that I need to explain the weirdest thing I wear but here goes. I wear a leather collar and it is completely legal thing to do. I also wear a spike bracelet and bunch of other stuff. In a sense, I would probably pass as punk if I explained it that way, even though I have no such hair and I prefer to wear "normal" clothes as I'm not into skulls and crosses that much or other punk wear.
Nothing weird here, I like such gadgets. It seems more goth style to me. Or heavy metal. Punk in my opinion is not about what you wear, but what you express, for instance you can take a grey business suit, tear it apart, get wall spray, spray it around making it colorful, wait for it to dry... there! You got a punk outfit. These leather collars and leather bracelets with spikes are really popular on the Metal, goth, vampire-victorian culture. At least that's my experience.
So what I wear... and is weird...well once upon a time, while on High School, I was against fashion (not a punk) so I was wearing jeans and
a red Levis t-shirt and a jacket. Thing is that ALL of my cloths were four pairs of blue jeans and four pairs of the SAME color and brand t-shirt.
10 pairs of socks, 10 pairs of underwear. That's all.
It was like a silent protest.
After one and a half year, one of the students made fun of me saying "Wow, you never wash these clothes. You never take them off".
I took it well and laughed, explaining what was going on, then he told me that this thing drives everyone crazy. They wanted to see me with other clothes. So I promised I will fulfill their request and I went the next day with my yellow pajamas at school. That was one of my most daring things I ever did.

Trolling before it was cool. Mobile phones were not invented back then so no photo was taken and now I officially feel old after that sentence.
Now I am mostly wearing jeans, shirt or t-shirt, usually athletic shoes, a watch and that's all. Nothing else. An ordinary guy.
I don't wear anything weird today, I am 33 years old teacher after all. But I like students who go against any flow. I like students who embrace their own style. A lot!
