Can I use the YouTube Audio Library music in a free, non-commercial game?

Just curious. I was making a small indie game for free, non intended for Steam or even itch.io, just a game for the small community I'm apart of. Is it ok as long as I credit and link to the original source via credits in-game, or is it strictly Youtube projects?

I posted a similar version of this question to another website in hopes of getting an answer, but it still feels nebulous when someone gave me an answer:

"The license/terms which YouTube provides the audio library under are surprisingly ambiguous and vague with respect to what they allow and don't allow. There doesn't appear to be any technical 'legalese' version of the license text that explicitly defines what actions are permitted.

This is the gist of the license text that is provided: "music from this library is intended solely for use by you in videos and other content that you create."

Basically the only things which the license explicitly prohibits are:

  • Redistributing the music separately from your videos/content
  • Featuring the music in illegal content (or content used to commit an illegal act)
These are examples of things which the license text does not explicitly clarify:

  • It's implied you can distribute your video/content featuring the Audio Library music outside of YouTube (but it's not explicitly stated)
  • It's implied you can distribute your work featuring the Audio Library music to a worldwide audience with no geo-restrictions (but it's not explicitly stated)
  • It's implied you get a perpetual/irrevocable royalty-free license to incorporate the Audio Library music into your work, but it's not explicitly stated as such
  • "content" is not precisely defined in the license text (it's unclear whether it's okay to incorporate the music in other types of projects like video games)
  • It's unclear whether you can monetize your video/content featuring the Audio Library music outside of YouTube (the license text specifically states that monetization on YouTube is okay, but does not explicitly permit other commercial uses)
It's worth noting though that some of the music in the YouTube Audio Library is released under a more explicit license elsewhere (such as on the music artist/composer's website). For example, all the tracks produced by Kevin MacLeod are released under a permissive Creative Commons Attribution license which basically allows you to use the music for (almost) any purpose as long as you provide appropriate credit/attribution to the author."

I noticed while looking at the categories for the music, there is a choice for "No Attribution" and "With Attribution", which makes me think that these songs alone can be used in general with the correct links/attribution. I'm not sure what to do from there.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
