Hey boss, there's been something I've been sorta wanting to try and implement, though I'm not entirely sure how'd to pull it off. The idea would be for the heroes to do their victory poses and then the victory message would appear afterwards, any ideas how I'd be able to do that?

You can try to use tag on actor notebox

Alright, I'll give it a shot and give you some results in a bit with that suggestion.

EDIT: Update to that. It doesn't seem to want to play the victory animations while the YEA-Aftermath thing is going on. But when I take it off, it does it just fine. X_X;

@Jaymonius maybe, you put YEA Aftermath below my script? Try to put it above

Did both, and it works somewhat. It will play the Aftermath script, but it displays the animation at the same time. I wanted it to show the animation first then show the aftermath. XD

Fair point. In the game I made as a sample game, I made the victory pose not taking up the time too long, so I never really thought about. It needs some edit I guess so that it will play the victory pose first.

So I put your battle system into a game I'm making (and I hope to actually finish something for once LOL ), but whenever I try to use an item I get the following message:

Theolized SBS:
Error occured on RPG::Actor in ID 1
Undefined sequence key "K-Item" for skill phase

This is your fault. Not this script error!

This happened in both, my project to which I imported your battle system scripts and in the demo (the demo version is supposedly "Version : 1.4ob1" as it states in "Introductions"; I might be using an outdated script IDK). Hope you can help me.

Also, the editor is a great thing. Makes things easier for me. Thanks. ;)

Hey! I'm sure this has been answered somewhere once but i just can't find it -- is there a way to make a "currently selecting action" pose? Like, when we're picking attack/magic/etc the current character picking it kicks the air or steps forward, like Romancing SaGa 3 / FF1-2-3 respectively.

Also, is there a way to make a "ready" stance that lasts until the actor does the action? Like, for example, the actor steps forward while i choose Magic > Cure, then they remain in a chanting pose until they use the spell, when they return to their regular idle?

edit: Dummy me! Found the casting pose addon! But not the selecting command pose, mmm! Sorry! XD

@JosephSeraph As for now, yeah only casting pose is available. The time I wrote this script, I never thought of making "current selected actor" pose in future, so it might be a bit difficult. But I will try to make it (works). Sorry about that >.<

What new version? I don't remember if I did a major update. Either way, the answer it no. Even I tried my best to try to make it compatible with people who used to use version v1.3 and want to use v1.4.

While playing with your In Game Editor - i added command
Force Action to Target > ATTACK
then pressed Z to play test sequence

* I wonder are all commands available with In Game Editor? or some can only implemented with codes?

I haven't been on here in forever wow(missed my forum birthday T-T). Anyways, I'm dabbling in BGMs, here's something I'm actually willing to share.

Binge-watched 6 episodes of the Erased anime... And that means I've watched half of it?! Sigh...
I'm bad at base-building games (looking at other players created an aesthetically beautiful base compared to me), but IDK why I keep playing the game and seek more of it.
Pyra and Mythra in smash ultimate are way too OP. They're basically Smash 4 Bayonetta 2.0, and not in a good way. Very toxic and unfair. At least they're hot tho.
attack on titan keep reaching a new height with each episode, aaa I can't wait another week for a new episode at this point
