These tiles in Outdoors A1 - what are they used for!

I've spent almost 1 month with MV and I am getting used to the new tilesets, but there are some awkward things in there which I can't really figure out how they are supposed to be used. I always end up replacing them with edits instead since they come across as unnecessaryor weird to me. But maybe they have a use? I want to know if and how you are using them.

Here is a screenshot explaining which tiles and the problems I have with them.

Also rescaled the image to make it useless for resource pirates!
...not that I think it's really needed, but I don't want to get in trouble so I did it anyway.

the three waterfall walls correspond to three different walls in outside A4, so that you can choose which one of those walls to use as background.
