One thing I know for sure about the android market is that your game probably won't be bought / downloaded from the play store. Alternative stores usually provide a much much higher download count.

I saw some numbers from a company I work for. I'm not allowed to share them, but one interesting thing I noticed was that here in a Brazil, one single third party app store sells more apps than play store and apple's app store combined.

hold on there my friend, you can't say ' your game probably won't be bought / downloaded from the play store ' when you say one thing you know for sure. the grammar is literally incorrect when saying both sure and probably.

and what you say is just underestimating mv developers' games and  ignoring the million- downloaded indi games in the market. that's just offensive about the developers and the market's power. make yourself a good game and the market won't be the problem. it will sell anywhere. blame the not fun game. not the whole developer and the market. and you didn't even recommend the brazil app store thingy so this is just a ****y advice.

I meant it as "I know for sure that this happens with many games and because of that it will probably happen to yours". If it doesn't, then congrats.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
