What do you mean you "can't select the folder of the game"? Where are you trying to select?

By default, Ace opens the last project you were working on. So you should just need to run Ace and it ought to be there.
If it's not, you should be able to click the Open Project button or choose it from the menu, then navigate to wherever your project is saved and select it from there.
Finally, you should be able to go to the project's folder in Windows Explorer and double-click on the Game.rvproj2 file (its description is RPGVXAce Project).

If none of those work, tell us where you saved your game when you first created it, and if you've done anything since then like moving it to a new location, whether it was on an external drive or USB or you put it in dropbox or something, and whether you've reinstalled Ace since you created the project.

if that means you stored your project inside the steam folder, then you might have had it destroyed by a wrong cloudsync.

NEVER store your games in ANY of the program folders, not until they are complete and installed there by an installer. There are too many things that can go wrong otherwise.

Ooops ended up trying out making my own A2 tile page instead of testing doors everywhere. Went well so far I think.
I guess I'm done making a blue squirrel's life difficult for posting new threads on different forums.
That's just for today so don't get used to this, squirrel-ish friend! :p
Got new hard drive, now trying to install the softwares I lost to the dead drive, and more than half of them won't install because they're already installed on the dead drive, and uninstallers won't run because they can't find where their programs are installed. So I take it having a drive die on you screws you in more ways than just data loss. >:\
PC got fixed finally. Back online again. Turns out I have no business trying to self repair pcs because it was getting to like 176F / 80C. Shop installed a totally new cooling system and now it runs fine and is super quiet.
When you're making major progress, but have to stop to go to work.
