This Site Can't be Reached. Took too Long to Respond

I can't seem to open Imgur.
Whenever I tried to load it, an error shows up:
"This site cannot be reached. Took too long to respond"

Personally I don't have trouble posting images in this forum.
Because I use Post Image hosting.

The problem is, because of that error, I can't see images hosted on Imgur.
It'll always look like these:

It's kinda annoying when I want to see resources, or games screenshots.
I wanna see all the images posted in this forum.
But this error keeps me from doing that. :/

Anybody knows how to fix this?

Don't use the image tag, place the links directly and they should be automatically, converted.

Step one: do the problem persist if you use another web browser? Can you momentarily disable your antivirus program and see if you can access Imgur? Does it work if you run the browser as a admin?

I don't have problems when I post images.
Because I always use Post Image.
Test:

The problem is, I can't see another members' images if they are hosted at imgur.
I want to see other members' images

If you can see your own stuff but not others, that definately sound like some sort of overzealous Security issue.

Actually, I can't see my own stuff too if it's hosted on Imgur.
I also realized just now that I don't have any antivirus program. (which means antivirus is not the culprit) :/

It could still be a security setting in the browser itself, though. Did you try another browser?

I'm still kinda curious about this issue.
Apparently I can see imgur images if I use the thethering from my own phone,
and use my phone as the WiFi resource.
But imgur images won't load from other WiFi resources. :/
