Thought Bubbles Obove Sprites

Hi everyone! So I'm currently working on a game, and I need to improve it. So I was getting some ideas from other good well-made games. I was wondering how do I add a thought bubble above sprites? Like if the sprite gets scared obove the sprite a (!) would appear...last time I asked a question many people were so helpful, so thank you!

Have you looked at the 'Show Balloon Icon' on the second tab of the Event Command menu? That is where you add the (!)
