Those are just names to tell you what's inside of them.
You could name a Tileset "Forest" if you want to use it exclusively to forests.
For the World & Area type, I found this link.

for performance reasons all tilesets are limited in size. it is not possible to place every possible tile into a single tileset as was done with RMXP.

but if you need different, themed tilesets for different maps, then a name helps you to select the correct tileset.

World Type vs Area Type affects the way some of the A2 tiles are drawn. For most maps you want Area Type. This is in the help file.

The names are pretty descriptive, do you have a specific word you don't understand?

Additionally, just from clicking on them, you should be able to visually see the difference.

Sometimes a mechanic that is meant to add challenge is just annoying. Even the Final Fantasy games did not completely escape this pitfall of design. (FF8 draw system I'm looking at you - grrrr)
starting working on the sprites for one of my games major antagonists finally. here's the first frame of his chanting motion in battle.
Have spent too much time hammering out with a friend just how to make a reoccurring enemy that permanently learns skills you use against her.
I know what I want in a loose sense. Maybe I should just make a post asking for opinions and suggestions.
