Okay, we all know what tilesets are, right?
And tiles.
We talk about them all the time.
Well, try to imagine teaching a camp full of summer-brained kids and you realize you have to be pretty doggone clear about things.
So I ask, is a tileset the full set you associate with a map, or is it any of the tile files you use in your game?
Is this a tileset - all six files?
Dungeon_A1
Dungeon_A2
Dungeon_A4
Dungeon_A5
Dungeon_B
Dungeon_C
So, like, you cannot say Dungeon_C is a tileset by itself?
But we do all the time. We post a 512 by 512 image and call it a tileset.
But there is no good in-between word. We have "tile" for one tile. We have "tileset" for the whole deal. But what do we have for one file?(I am obsessing. I can do that in General Discussion, right?)
The help file just calls files like Inside_B "Sets," and the subdivisions of A tiles are called "groups." But it is really awkward to say "I have a tileset for my dungeon made up of three sets. I only have four groups in my Set A, and a Set B and Set C."
Bleh. I crave clarity.

That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...
Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
