Good Morning / Day / Afternoon / Evening everyone.

I have a request for a certain kind of snippet:

1. Make it so I can make the screen tints in battle according to battle animation frames and duration. The battle animations and the battler graphics should NOT BE affected by the tint, only the battle background. If the latter isn't possible, that's fine, just go with the former.

I would appreciate any support from you all.

The editor can not be changed. How would you expect to set this up? What kind of workaround do you expect to do? a script config? a notetag in the animation name?

I did find a sort of workaround using animation graphics and different layers.

That wasn't an answer I was expecting. You're requesting a script, in what way you expect to use this script? what kind of setting you're expecting to do?

I'll try to explain. I want to use it for battle in conjunction with battle animations.... in a certain frame of the animation, for a certain duration, you could change the tone of the battle background. I hope i'm explaining it well enough.

Not going to lie, now that business is picking up again after the whole pandemic lockdown.... these 50+ hour work weeks are really slowing down game dev work. It's a good thing I have basically no life, else I'd never have time to do this. :kaopride:
Has anyone else thought of using money for more than just buying things in a game? It could serve as a wealth stat for various mechanics and skill checks.
