That bigger hit boxes looks like it can be converted to Ace. Nice idea.

What's the purpose of this trick? I mean, why limit the game to 60 FPS?

From what I understand, early versions of MV had a timing issue, where games would run way too fast if above 60 FPS (e.g. a 1 second wait would last only 0.5 seconds at 120 FPS).
But this problem was eventually fixed, so why bother limiting the framerate now?

    Err, sorry.
It's just that MV lags so much on my old computer I usually got a single digit FPS, down to just 1.

@TheoAllen It actually started as an Ace script and then converted/rewritten for MV.

Have you tried the latest RM with a 120 Hz Monitor and checked your FPS?
    I wouldn't have added that if it wasn't a problem~

Something I found out the hard way - It is always a good idea to set "name" in the package.json
    A good practice is the CREATOR/PROJECT (ex: SQUAREENIX/FINALFANTASY7 ;))
Some plugins (ex: Yanfly Save) use this location for saves on Mac and Win platforms and without these things might go wonky.

I had some trick to shared
not sure this new or not
basically I find and read about parallax map
and that drag out the memory lag problem on large map
and yanfly bring doodad up that not new on map editor like warcraft3 and very good idea for rpg maker mv
but for me that had some skill on art
adjust and placing doodad one by one is very painful
so I combine the ability of doodad to paralax
    Capture.JPG
*** any thing on this screen shot just a mock up I'm not own any of thses asset

So I draw a huge img let say 4096x4096
I know that not large enough to crash parallax map
but then I split them in to 512x512 each
and place it by doodad plugin
so this is the lesser lag version of parallax map
because the draw map load like a larger tile

I test on 96x96 map and no lag
but these just some quick experiment

maybe some veteran look in this and test it further
because I'm just new and jump in this tool
    many thing I don't know
    thank you

@pasunna Although it is a good trick You can also transform tilesets to do this instead too.
