Tkool sound library?

I saw that Tkool blog displayed this huge sound pack on december, it is going to be available on America?

Because stuff doesn't just suddenly magically appear in the store.

There's a process involved in releasing any kind of content. It can take a while sometimes.

That's because Enterbrain didn't made this directly. There's a third party involved (which is Bitter Sweet). Since Degica is the English Publisher, they have to make the 3rd party sign a contract and come into an agreement. It's not as easy as it looks.
