I was asked by a friend about TP mode and I think this is a good topic to ask.
Is there a way to increase damage per tp mode?
Example:
Tp mode 1, Melee
Tp mode 2, Magic

In tp mode 1, user get increased melee damage and tp enchancement when using melee attack, where else if get reduced magic
In tp mode 2, user get increase magic damage and tp enchancement when taking melee attack and case magic spells.
The question is how to increase melee damage in tp mode 1 or increase magic damage in tp mode 2?

The above is just examples. In his game which is a kungfu game, he has shaolin skills, sword skills ( 3 different types) and KI skills.

First, I suggest you try to find another name for this, because in this community TP mode commonly refers to different numbers of TP gained in battle - because TP is a point cost for skills and can be gained in default by either doing other skills or getting damaged. And especially the "getting TP by being damaged" is nothing like you want, but that is what existing plugins about TP do change.

That said, what you describe is the basic use of states.
Just make different states that increase the actor ATK or MAT or whatever, and make skills that apply those states to the user himself to allow the player to enter those states. Such states are often called "battle stances" or similar.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
