Hi again, slimmm. I found some great frontal battlers here and I was wondering about the terms of use.

From what I read the creator states that they're free except for the VX inspired ones (which can be used only in VX) but it's not stated if you can use them commercially or not.

(I think that makes it officially: I've translated way too much. But still so much left ;_; )

I've updated the links to Un Almacen's site as they've moved. Terms are the same, only thing that changed was the author's username?.

Also updated Hyouburogu's terms as they now allow commercial usage. (Not that they ever actually responded to me when I asked before, but hey the result is what counts :) )

I've contacted Kinba Ginba again, as they've returned, but apparantely missed/skipped my comment asking for commercial terms. :(

I'm writing a FAQ for the first post. Anything you've always wanted to know and/or that wasn't really clear?

Hi, I'm really sorry but, I don't fully understand the English translation for Mack's terms and conditions.
I sort of understand, but I'm having trouble with the odd part.

So can someone please clarify for if I can use them in a Commercial Game or not?  If so, what is the proper way to credit.

I can't seem to find Makapri's conditions at all, on the blog or on this list (I don't think they'd be under a different name, though I did a quick sweep just in case). Any idea about their commercial use? I'd appreciate any info! ^.^)b

With Freedom House's music you're basically free to do anything with it barring redistribution and reproduction or changing the data in a significant way (but changing the file format/sound fonts/adding vocals etc is okay, so I'm not sure how far that rule goes. No uncredited remixing/plagiarizing I'm guessing, but it's probably best to not change the data beyond adding a soundfont or updating to .ogg or something to be on the safe side).

Also only the stuff under the material midi section is meant to be used.

By the way, does it say anything about commercial usage? I saw a few comments for a Steam game through google results when I was trying to look for a translation on the terms, and they kind of implied that the dev of that game used some music from this site. Just curious, as I may decide to use some of these (if it's allowed) for whenever I decide to make a commercial game.

It doesn't say anything specifically about commercial use. Like it says "use for whatever I don't really care" but that in itself is vague, so I would personally not. Hyouseki is still active on Twitter so if you really wanted to use the resources it may be worth contacting them. However I wouldn't necessarily expect a response since these questions get asked a lot.

Took some trial and error, but I managed to create "visuals" for underground dig path regions.
Couldn't sleep at all so I started working on the topmost deck. I've had to make several deviations from the Imperator/Berengaria's deck-plans to accommodate MV's movement, but 100% accuracy was never my intention.
