I haven't, no. Looking at the terms, I remember why I haven't translated it.


The terms under the VX RTP facesets state you can only use them if you own VX and only in RM engines.


...And that's it. The rest of the terms, which do mention credit/editing/commercial usage, are under the photo subtitle, so they seem to be only applicable to the photos. 


It's possible since the terms mention that the facesets are edits of VX RTP, they expect you to simply follow the VX EULA, but I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks. That's exceedingly frustrating, mostly because I'm looking for a faceset like the Imp one. Since they're VX only, and likely not applicable for Ace, then I couldn't use them even if they were commercial allowed.

From what I can determine from that particular page, the artist doesn't require credit, and it can be modified. However, there isn't anything regarding if you can use it commercially or not. To err on the side of caution, I would suggest using it only for non-commercial projects, if you plan on using it.

It seems during my time away there was a forum software update, which messed up the layout of all my posts. They've all been fixed by now, with the exception of the first post as I keep getting an error when I try to save my changes.

@cekobico Yes, commercial usage is allowed.
I've updated the terms of Cardboard Warehouse to now include the terms for the sound files as @Verdelite requested.
@OneManArmy Please use this to check the terms on that site in future. @Diretooth is right by the way. Commercial usage isn't mentioned, so it's best not to use it for commercial projects.

It looks like Konoe recently change the term of use about the commercial use. From what I could grasp, it's said that the resources can be used for commercial games as long as the credit is given along with a link to the site. Can you verify this?

@BlackMage Yes, that's correct.
Basically before you needed to comment when you downloaded the resources and you had to contact konoe to use the resources commercially. Now, you don't have to do either anymore. The only thing you still need to do is give credit when you use the resources in a commercial game.

I'll update the post with terms later.
