Transparent Window

Hey guys!

Is there a plugin, or can I get someone to commision a plugin that makes it so I can make a parallax background that goes completely transparent, as in, you can see your own computer screen behind it? So you'd be able to see your desktop icons behind the gamescreen? (I still want to layer pictures ontop of it via normal methods in RPG maker MV)

JS plugins have no power over the browser, so it's absolutely impossible with a JS plugin. You'd need a C++ plugin for the nwjs.
