I went ahead and joined a small sprite tourney on another forum and I did some gaming characters and I'd like to show them off.

Looking pretty good. I like the diversion from the usual cell-shaded style in pixel art. While it lacks a distinct outline, I don't think it matters so much when the point is just to show off on forums/tourneys with light background.

So yeah, great job. Can't wait to see more

Thanks I've been developing my skills through editing capcom sprites. But I think I have become more dynamic with my own scratch work.

I thought I would post some older concept work I had laying around. These are actually three distinct styles I was playing around with.

Here is something I wanted to try for some time Jowy from Suikoden 2. I kind of did him in the same battler style as my game so I think it came out pretty good.



I also tried another favorite type of Pal of mine I need to retry this one but it is always fun to play with colors
