Trial Blank Screen

I just downloaded and installed the trial version for RPG maker MV and When I try to run the program  a black screen comes up

and I can't interact with it, any way to fix this error?

Can you please submit a support ticket with the issue? Just put all zeros if it asks you for your product key. We on the forums can't help you with this issue.


If you don't get a response in a couple of days (remember it's still the weekend in the US), send a PM to harlchaotic, who will be able to take a look at it for you.

Im not sure what a support ticket is, I found out I can interact with the "Activate Key" button but I can't see it, my mouse shows the click Icon and It takes me to the Invalid Key/ Email Screen. I can type in an email and support key but the letters do not show up unless I highlight them. (I am also using a Mac and I am using a program called "PlayOnMac") and if this is any help to my question I am not trying to activate a purchace I just want to continue on to the trial.

The support ticket is an option when you click on the support button top right


You're clicking on the wrong button, you don't want to activate the full version (that'll need a purchased key) but to continue to the trial.


However, it looks as if the graphic driver of your emulator is out of date, that will also cause problems later - please update it.


Alternatively, you'll have to wait for the Mac standalone trial/version, currently only the steam version of RMMV runs natively on Mac.
