Changing that switch number to 0 did the trick. There must be a switch I didn't notice in the demo game that was turning it on, that I didn't copy over. Which must be why it wasn't working in the version I made.The element icons are taken from the iconset directly. If you got a different iconset than the default, you should set them up in the script to match your iconset.
If that's not the case, try to set the 'SwitchPaintNumbers' setting found in the general settings section to 0. If I remember right, the switch assigned to that setting needs to be turned ON in order to show any icons on the cards. But you can set it to 0 if you want that feature to be always ON.

One last question!
Is there anyway to hide the "NEW" image while you're playing? I find it distracting while trying to play and my opponent has "NEW" showing on half of his cards. I still like to see it when picking your winning card or when you open a booster though.
