trouble activating vx ace trial

I have also have this problem, I downloaded it about a week ago and tried different things to make it work (reinstalling etc.) but this is probably the only way to make it work? Does this problem exist with the final product or is it just the trial version. Because I'm thinking about buying this. Anyway, could I get a trial key and thanks in advance.
