Trouble finding some tilesets...

So, hopefully this is the right place. Just a general question really.

I found this while looking for a potential way to make a subway station:

I was able to find the train. And the core tiles there appear to be from the SF pack. However, there are a number of resources like the train track and what not that I am not seeing. Are those part of another pack?

Or am I just BLIND? haha

3-4 of those tiles exist in the default MV RTP in the SF tileset.

Not sure where the rails come from though.
EDIT:
I took a closer look at the tiles compared to the MV RTP ones and they ALL appear to instead be edits of the default RTP. Since the screenshot appears to be done partly through parallax mapping it is very possible they made the edits solely for their project.
Having said that I may be able to make the edits for you, though I'm not sure how well they will fit in the tile size. Let me know if you'd like me to make the edits.

I think i had found what you are looking for, it is in VX Ace style, but is pretty similiar

A couple of things - the teddy bear and book for example appear to be from the MV RTP tilesets. (not SF)
