Trouble making an item

Hi everyone, here I go again, being a total newbie on rmmv and needing your help once more !

To make it simple : I want to make a skill or that would work like the resurection skill in Final Fantasy X. Basically, a skill that can resurect a party member if he's dead, but also deal damage to undead enemies. If you can't figure exactly what I actually want, you can check the "phoenix down" item from final fantasy, since it's the exact effect I'm looking for.

That requires a plug-in as there is no default way to use an item on both players and enemies.
