Trying to build a complex status screen.

I've been editing it for a little while and I finally have something that resembles what I have in mind.  However, there are a few quirks that I can't seem to figure out and I was wondering if anyone could help.

1.  I would like to display the character's name in blue, the same color as the stats below.

2.  To the right of his name, are his equipment.  If nothing is equipped in a slot, it will currently display nothing.  I was wondering if I could change that to a generic *none* with a little icon.

3.  Now for the complex ones, the ones when it comes to displaying stats.  Firstly, I would like to shrink the font size for the parameters, but only on the box below the line.

3.  Simply put, I would like to display the maximum health stat and maximum magic stat above all the other parameters.  Why I want it to secondly show up will make sense later.  I would also like to display the critical hit chance parameter in between the speed stat and the Boost(luck) stat.  So in order, that first column will go MaxHP/MaxMP/Attack/Guard(def)/Faith(mat)/Ward(mdf)/speed/cri/Boost(luk).

5.  If possible, I would like to find a way to display the character's state rate against the 10 negative states of the game, attack state rate for the 10 negative states of the game, element rate for the 4 elements of the game, as well as HP/MP regen rate.  Positioning I can figure out later, but I would like to find a way to at least display them for now.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
