I had a script a while back that I used, but I can't find out the rest of it anywhere else. It's just for this event, there's nothing else in the script that needs calling to pull up this text box/window. Anyways, if anyone knows how to close/hide it, please help. Thanks!

It should be simply @win.close if you want to close the new window that you have made because that new window is referenced via @Win...

@Win = Window_Base.close wont do anything because you're simply calling .close from the base class without any actual window object. You're practically saying "@Win equals Window_Base.close"

Im not sure though if @Win will persist due to the code being split in two different script call boxes, but its an instance variable, not a normal one so maybe it will.

    Just use @win.close or @win.hide.
